An Atypical Approach to Pilates

Curious by nature and fascinated by human nature, I have been working with children and their families for nearly 25 years. My primary motivation is the hope of providing children with the best possible tools to thrive in their lives, while offering support to parents.

L’art, la nature et le mouvement ont une place importante dans ma vie et j’aime particulièrement croiser ces mondes avec mon approche pédagogique.

It was during the Covid period that I discovered Joseph Pilates' method. What was initially meant to be a simple way to maintain my physical fitness quickly turned into a revelation. This approach to movement allowed me to breathe more deeply, engage muscles I never knew I had, and tangibly feel the benefits of deep bodywork.

Meeting my teacher, Eleonore Bapst, her teachings, followed by my Pilates instructor training at the IFAS school marked a decisive turning point. I chose to fully commit to this discipline in order to pass on its benefits: strengthening deep muscles, protecting the spine, mobilizing the body, and soothing the mind.

My philosophy

- Gentle, fluid, and enveloping sessions, accompanied by soothing music

Contrairement aux idées reçues, le Pilates ne s’adresse pas à un public restreint.

• athletes, men, sedentary individuals, seniors, teenagers — and even children for strengthening and body awareness.

Pilates is a universal, progressive, and deeply beneficial method.
